What this course is not:
Many courses proclaim to teach you everything you need to know about resolving conflict. This is not a course that claims to teach you interpersonal communication skills needed to resolve conflict. There will however be additional courses that focus on teaching interpersonal communication, active listening, negotiation, and other leadership skills as future offerings.

My name is Nick Scalzo (sometimes my students refer to me as Dr. Nick.) I founded OnTrack, a training and consulting company that also provides executive coaching and organizational development solutions.
I have spent my career in Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources and Operations at organizations such as JP Morgan, Dime Savings Bank, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and SUNY Stonybrook. I earned my doctorate at The George Washington University's Executive Leadership Doctoral Program in Human Resource Development, specializing in Counseling and Human and Organizational Studies (CHAOS).
My first book — Radical Organizational Change and Organizational Memory Systems — provides a blueprint for organizational leaders to follow to successfully implement change initiatives and preserve organizational knowledge.
I am also a co-author of, “Success Habits of Super Achievers” (2020), and “Resilience: Turning your Setback into a Comeback” (2018), both #1 Amazon Bestsellers.
I currently teach in the graduate schools at Stony Brook University, University of Maryland, and George Washington University.
